The firm is managed by Sikhumbuzo M.D Mathabela, a hardworking, highly intelligent and competent attorney with a wide variety of experience, from Business Consulting, Financial Planning and Debt Counselling to strong legal aptitudes.

Having also been a Lecturer he is well equipped in the art of both managing and incapacitating others to excel in service delivery at all spectrums. His commitment to develop and impart skills to others always delivers a strong team for outstanding results.

Mathabela is an admitted attorney in the High Court of South Africa with rights of Appearance to all Higher Courts of South Africa, and also an Admitted Advocate in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Having begun as a junior auditor after his National Diploma in Commerce (UNISWA), his vast experience is backed up by five (5) degrees, varying from Bachelors of Commerce, Honours, Master of Commerce (UKZN), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (UFS), and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (UNISA).
